I am a Senior Commercial Project Manager and CPA based in Orlando, FL. My background spans public accounting at KPMG and renewable energy at Siemens Energy, with a consistent focus on how financials, systems, and operations connect.
Today I am responsible for commercial performance across a large portfolio of long-term onshore wind service contracts – how projects are structured in SAP, how cost and revenue develop, how NCC and risk are managed, and how that translates into clear, defensible forecasts.
I invest heavily in reporting, data modeling, and process design so that stakeholders can see the same numbers, understand the drivers behind them, and act on them without relying on ad-hoc spreadsheets.

- Chair monthly reviews with senior finance leadership, embedding NCC root-cause analysis to flag cost deviations early and coordinate corrective actions with Operations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and change orders and serve as key financial contact for two $10M+ legal disputes, including one award in our favor and one out-of-court settlement that safeguarded margins.
- Scale and govern a North America–wide Power BI reporting suite integrating SAP, forecasting, and operational data into a single portfolio view for 200+ users, standardizing KPIs and transparency.
- Convert analytics into action by isolating specialist-spend drivers and partnering with Operations to certify local technicians, reducing specialist spend ~50% in year one and tracking to ~70% over two years.
- Lead 11 Commercial Project Managers and 3 interns, integrate Canadian CPMs into U.S. cadence, and institutionalize SOPs and training to improve consistency and reduce rework.
